D’Addario Automotive Group has an opening for a Full Time Clerk/Office Manager for a busy Service and Autobody Center. We are a family owned and operated Dealership located in Shelton, CT since 1968! We are looking for a candidate with previous Autobody or Dealership Experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Some Role Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office operations
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct as appropriate
- Schedule appointments for estimates/service
- Consistent follow up with Insurance Companies to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
- Strong focus and ability to follow through with customers and various insurance companies
- Handle rental cars as needed (per direction of Management)
- Take payments from customers/create receipts
- Balance cash/credit/checks daily
- File Repair Orders per standard
- Must have strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - very busy office
Basic Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Prior experience in an auto dealer office helpful
