We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Truck Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial truck maintenance and repair, with a passion for delivering quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. We are offering up to a $15,000 sign on bonus based on experience and certifications and up to $60 per hour for the right candidate!!!!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial trucks in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently, documenting all work performed.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial truck technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
