We are seeking talented and experienced Ford Technicians to join our team of automotive professionals. As a Ford Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our customers' vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service Ford vehicles in accordance with factory standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
- Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver top-notch customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with Ford training and certifications to provide excellent service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Ford factory training and certification is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, especially with Ford vehicles.
- Proficiency in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
