Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot major and minor vehicle issues to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and dealership protocols.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates, actively participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
