We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards. ```Duties```
- Perform complex automotive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify any potential issues
- Complete brake repairs, suspension work, and other mechanical services
- Utilize automotive diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose problems
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Technicians are expected to inspect each vehicle and quote any needed repairs and services to each customer. At times, technicians will be asked to work directly with customers to explain the condition of the vehicle and answer questions the customer may have about their needed services or repairs.
-Quality Control: Perform Quality Control for fellow technicians and cleaning on vehicles if General Service Tech is unable, all in accordance with company procedures.
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems
- Strong understanding of European vehicles and their specific diagnostic procedures
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
