Deery Brothers Chevrolet has an open opportunity for a Body Shop Receptionist position. Key skills include organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication (face to face as well as over the phone), proficiency in computer systems and software, problem-solving abilities, customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
Monday thru Friday - 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and direct them to the person they need
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Collect payment and run credit card transactions
- Manage courtesy loaner cars for clients
- Create open and close Repair Orders
- Create purchase orders and sublets
- Ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude is a MUST
- Very reliable
- High attention to detail
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
