Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Exhibit our core values in all interactions with guests and team members.
- Meet or exceed scorecard metrics for the department
- Meet or exceed Quick Lane penetration goals
- Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service
- Lead, manage and hold accountable Quick Lane technicians
- Hire and train Quick Lane technicians (including Quick Lane STARS training)
- Coach direct reports to maintain positivity and productivity
- Hold advisors accountable to ensure all extended warranty, warranty and fleet claims are submitted for payment properly (process followed by all to ensure payment)
- Manage the payroll within the department
- Ensure technicians follow two-person process
- Ensure advisors understand basic selling practices for brakes, batteries, and tires
- Ensure technicians fully understand the Quick Lane expectations and address those performance expectations falling below standards
- Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department
- Ensure Quick Lane Advisors are meeting department goals
- Ensure service menus presented along with multi-point inspection with every guest and we are selling the necessary repairs to the guest needs
- Forecast goals and objectives
- Ensure Quick Lane technicians are following health and safety protocols
- Assume a “player” (player/coach) role when needed
- Conduct weekly inventory check on frequently used parts
- Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and friendly manner
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Excellent communication
Must be able to lead, manage and hold team members accountable
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Ability to work as a team
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast paced atmosphere
Passion for sales and customer satisfaction
Ability to generate and/or build a loyal client base
