You get paid on production - this means you can make as much money as an A tech at other companies if you are efficient.
We give you a percentage of every part and labor dollar (pre-tax) if it is higher than your hourly guarantee.
In addition, you get $5 for every tire and $10 for every battery.
Here's how it works:
$5,000 in sales = $650 + tire and battery payout
$6,000 in sales = $780 + tire and battery payout
$7,000 in sales = $910 + tire and battery payout
$8,000 in sales = $1,040 + tire and battery payout
$9,000 in sales = $1,170 + tire and battery payout
$10,000 in sales = $1,300 + tire and battery payout
$11,000 in sales = $1,430 + tire and battery payout
This includes every oil change, alignment, filter, brake job, tune-up, etc!

Basic Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience
- Previous formal automotive training
- 2+ Years experience as a technician
- ASE Certification a plus
