Paid Time Off:
- All employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
- Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date. Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees will earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Perform Journey level Maintenance and Repair work
- Multi Point Inspections are required on all vehicles in for service
- Use online resources to guide in diagnosis and repair
- Organize and maintain workload to meet promise times
- Maintain a clean work area, return customer vehicles in top condition
- Effectively communicate status of repairs and needed services with Advisor and Management
- Participate in a supportive Team environment that embraces the development of Junior Techs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- ASE/OEMCertifications Required
- B level qualifications or OEM certifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Basic computer competencies
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
