We are a family-owned and operated company seeking a dedicated Heavy Duty Service Manager to join our close-knit team. This role offers the opportunity to grow and advance within the company. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, motivated self-starter who will ensure our fleet is well-maintained and compliant with federal and state DOT regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of a large fleet of heavy and light-duty vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles are compliant with federal and state DOT regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate fleet maintenance.
- Communicate with fleet customers and manage invoicing for repair orders.
- Work closely with the shop foreman to dispatch repair orders and optimize technician skill levels.
- Previous experience as a Service Manager is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and team members.
- Knowledge of federal and state DOT regulations.
