Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Create detailed service orders and ensure all necessary information is documented
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products
- Knowledge of brake systems, oil changes, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to write detailed service orders and accurately document information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to service writing and customer management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Note: Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
