Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and be skilled in various automotive repair and maintenance tasks. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing alignments, welding, tire services, and handling equipment repairs. Responsibilities: - Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements - Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment - Conduct inspections and identify any additional repairs needed - Perform alignments to ensure proper vehicle handling and tire wear - Weld and perform auto body repairs as necessary - Repair automotive electrical systems - Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed - Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repair tasks - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems - Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment - Ability to perform alignments, welding, tire services, and equipment repairs - Familiarity with auto body repair techniques is a plus - Knowledge of automotive electrical systems is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
