## Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and grow within the field service industry.

As an entry-level lube technician (aka auto technician), you will help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles. Through our award-winning training program, you will learn to change oil, check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test and replace batteries, inspect and replace lights and wipers, perform a thorough multipoint check, and more. You'll work as a team to provide fast, easy, trusted services to our guests, and have fun doing it!

## Duties

- Perform lubrication services on vehicles following established procedures

- Inspect fluid levels, filters, belts, hoses, tires, and other essential vehicle components

- Complete oil changes efficiently and accurately

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools

- Document multipoint inspection to Repair Order (electronically). This includes taking photos of the inspection and documenting the assessment.

- Assist with minor vehicle maintenance tasks as needed

- Communicate multipoint inspection to Service Advisors

## Qualifications

- Experience with equipment repair and maintenance is preferred

- Mechanical knowledge is required

- Flexibility to work weekends
