Job Summary: HELP NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!
FIESTA LINCOLN IN MESA, ARIZONA needs experienced Techs that want to relocate to Phoenix ARIZONA /East Valley area. Some moving expenses may be covered.
Must desire reasonable housing prices, friendly co workers and neighbors and no high SMOG alert days here.
Experienced Techs preferably with FORD/LINCOLN background - we have one question for you- "How soon can you start?":
Compensation: $20- $40/ flat rate hour DOE ( 60-120 hours per pay period) and full benefits package
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am -4:00pm, weekends as needed 80-120 flat rate hours per pay period average
Job Responsibilities:
- All work is performed in an indoor, climate controlled, very clean and organized environment.
- Identify, diagnose and repair vehicle
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including automotive service, auto restoration, and automotive repair.
- Use power tools and hand tools to diagnose and fix mechanical issues.
- Conduct inspections and identify problems with vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
- Repair or replace damaged parts, such as engines, and transmissions.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
-Must enjoy a reasonable cost of living and year round sunshine
-Must be able to relocate within 2-4 weeks of offer ( For the righjt candidate, some relocatin assistance may be avaialable)
- 3 years experience working as a Service Technician preferably in a domestic dealership
-Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair. Ford, Lexus, Mazda/VW and Lincoln Tech experience to the front of the line.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Must be able to obtain an AZ drivers license and have a good driving record
-Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug test (not including THC)
Days off during the winter months may be spent; hiking, camping, enjoying professional sporting events and BBQs poolside with family and friends. We don't care how you spend your free time in the valley of the sun. Just enjoy it!
