Duties
Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to engine repairs, brake repairs, and electrical system diagnostics.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Use automotive diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Complete repair orders and maintain accurate records of all services performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the automotive shop.
Skills:
- Strong automotive repair skills with a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficient in using hand tools and specialized automotive repair equipment.
- Ability to perform automotive diagnostics using computerized systems.
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor as required in an automotive repair setting.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
