## Overview We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto service management and possess excellent leadership skills to drive the success of our service department. ## Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the service department within a dealership setting - Manage and lead a team of service technicians and mechanics - Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of vehicle maintenance and repairs - Implement strategies to maximize sales and upselling opportunities - Align service department goals with overall dealership objectives - Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for customer service and vehicle repairs - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner - Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary components - Suspend any non-compliant or unsafe practices within the service department ## Experience - Proven experience in auto service management or related field - Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians and customers - Previous experience as a service technician or mechanic is a plus - Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet service department targets Join our team today and take your career to the next level in the automotive industry!
