We are seeking talented individuals with communication, computer, social media and phone skills. The primary objectives involved in this role include communicating by phone and email. Prepare to work multiple software applications, make 60+ unique outbound calls per day and have 0 overdue tasks at the end of each shift.
- Respond to Internet leads and telephone inquiries via video, phone, text and email to produce solid appointments per dealership guidelines
- Update CRM with pertinent information about customer interactions
- Provide detailed customer request information to Sales Consultant when an appointment is scheduled
- Implement video, phone, text, email and social media campaigns
- Exceed your customer’s expectations and provide an experience worthy of a perfect post-purchase survey
- Prime relationships with customers (new, return, referral, service, parts, etc.)
- Study products, services, programs and processes daily to enhance your ability to assist customers
- Create a cohesive team with: Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, Receptionists, other Internet Sales Consultants, Service and Parts Staff
Qualifications
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screen Required
Availability to work a variety of shifts from Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-7:00PM, and Saturday 8:30AM-6:00PM
