What You’ll Do:
As a mobile Heavy Duty Technician, you play a critical role in the successful maintaining of guest vehicles. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on heavy duty trucks whether in the service center or offsite, where you will meet customers and perform diagnostic tests and service.

How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Perform mobile preventative services on heavy duty trucks and tailers, including annual inspections as needed with a high level of autonomy
- Preform wheel end services and vehicle (DOT) inspections
- Run diagnostic tests on heavy duty trucks to perform proper repairs/replacement
- Assist in the training of new employees as needed
- Pick up/deliver customer vehicles and/or parts, including test driving vehicles before/after repair when needed
- Greet customers and communicate in a professional manner
- Abide by all company policies
- Open and close the service center
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1-2 years working in heavy duty maintenance and repair is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work well with little direction
- Competencies in all major heavy-duty systems and different vehicle makes
- The flexibility to work additional hours in accordance with business needs and demand of the position
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and grip with 35-40 lbs of force
- Have full mobility and can work with your hands above your head
- Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and near moving equipment, in areas with limited access
- English fluency
