We are looking for experienced and passionate Auto Paint and Auto Body Technicians to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional collision repair and painting services.
Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Auto Paint and Auto Body Technicians who are dedicated to restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in auto body repair and painting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacement
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Apply paint to vehicles using spray guns, ensuring an even and smooth finish
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry standards and customer expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Paint and Auto Body Technician
- Proficiency in using auto body repair tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- ASE certification or equivalent is a plus
