Utilize your mechanical and leadership skills to help oversee one of our service stations. As an Assistant Station Manager for our tire location, you will:
- Support the operations and administration of the tire facility by ensuring efficient and quality customer service while meeting company goals and objectives
- Assist the Service Station Manager with the sales, billing, inventory, scheduling, policies, and maintenance of the location
- Help recruit, retain, and develop personnel in a professional manner
- Work hands-on in the station to perform services for the customer
