Cheseldine Tire & Auto, an automotive repair company that has been in business in St. Mary's County, MD for over 30 years, is looking for an Automotive Technician & Automotive Apprentice for our California, MD and Leonardtown, MD locations.
Automotive Technician:
Position Description: A bumper to bumper master technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile to the manufacturer's standards without supervision.
--We require a minimum of 5 years previous full-time experience in an auto repair shop
--Commissions are based on a flat rate
--Guaranteed base salary starting at $60,000 per year
--$3,000 Signing Bonus
--No warranty work
--Monday through Friday only
Automotive Apprentice
--We require a minimum of one year of tire and lube service experience
--You must have mechanical ability
--You must have a driver's license and your own transportation
--Pay is on an hourly rate based upon your prior experience
--$1,000 Signing Bonus
--Monday through Friday only
All Positions:
--The positions are for full time workers only
--Benefits include: health and dental insurance and paid leave and holidays
--We will pay for further training
--Our shops are very busy--you must be a hard worker and self-motivated
