We are a family owned, automotive repair facility located in Bennington, NE. Owned by Matt & Gabby Wagg, who have made it a mission to give back to the community and provide an unparalleled, professional and trusted experience in auto repair. As a professional industry educator, Matt promises to build a trusting, valued relationship with our clients and employees.
We service all makes and models including Domestic, Asian and select European vehicles. Our business is dedicated to being a pioneer in emerging vehicle technology and we specialize in electrical and engine drive ability issues. We also pride ourselves in our commitment to maintain a minimum of 40 hours of annual industry update training for all of our employees.

Requirements:
-Act in a professional manner while projecting an attitude of honesty and respectfulness.
-Maintain a good and positive attitude and understand the team concept at all times.
-Follow all company rules and regulations expressed and written in the employee handbook.
-Work well and safely with others observing all CAL/OSHA safety rules and regulations.
-Examine vehicles while providing and communicating recommendations for repair with service advisors to include other items needing attention.
-Perform preventative maintenance inspection on all vehicles while providing complete and accurate reports.
-Familiarity with the use of automotive lifts and shop equipment.
-Experience and understanding of modern day automotive powertrain operation and functions, knowledge of modern fuel delivery and electrical systems.
-Knowledge, experience and understanding in the use of various scan tools, lab scope and lab scope functions and modern inspection and diagnostic tools.
-Experience and the safe use of hand tools as well as power and cordless tools.
Qualification requirements:
-Have the knowledge, skill and ability to safely and properly complete the job responsibilities.
-Have the language skills to read, analyze and interpret technical reading materials while having the ability to write concise diagnostic findings and recommendations for repair.
-Have the mathematical skills that may need to be applied to practical situations.
-Have good reasoning ability in order to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
-Provide a valid driver’s license and have a driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
-Exhibit the ability to meet the physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
