What you’ll need:
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Kansas with a valid unrestricted driver’s license
- Work well in a team-based environment
- Maintain and wear all required safety and health equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
- Consistently interact with customers, co-workers and vendors according to the Company’s Core Values in all interactions
- Understand, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA, Right-to-Know, etc.
- Pass a pre-employment background check
What you’ll do:
- Review Repair Orders and Estimates
- Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received
- Prepare vehicles for body repair work
- Notify management of any additional repairs needed.
- Document any additional parts and labor required to perform a safe and proper repair
- Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
- Cooperate and assist with other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned by management
