Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Conduct alignments and ensure proper vehicle alignment
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with automotive electrical systems
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and service procedures
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of vehicle issues and recommended repairs
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Master Technician or in a similar role
- Strong background in automotive repair, particularly with diesel engine repair and automotive electrical systems
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and service procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to transmit complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of automotive repair and service procedures
- Proficiency with automotive electrical systems and diagnostic tools
- Experience with diesel engine repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge
