$70,000 - $200,000 performance based income potential! The estimated hourly earning range for this position is $15.50 to $16.
90 + commission & performance bonus.
This position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the Team Member.
There is a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved by the Vice President of Fixed Operations.

Responsibilities Service Advisor :
Guide service customers through the auto repair and maintenance process.
Greet and assist service customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Explain service recommendations clearly and persuasively.
Promote additional services and products that meet customer needs.
Qualifications Service Advisor :
Required : Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
Strong selling skills and the ability to effectively communicate service recommendations.
A passion for providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance is a plus.
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
