Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on Volkswagen vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and accurately identify issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear explanations of required repairs
- Keep up with Volkswagen’s service guidelines, bulletins, and technical updates
- Ensure all repairs are performed to manufacturer standards and safety guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet service deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure customers are informed of the status and progress of their vehicle
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 ASE certifications (Should be an ASE Master Technician)
- Customer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 105% Customer Pay Repairs
- Automotive Technical Knowledge – Three to five years’ experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
