Your Role:
As a Chloe’s Automotive Technician, you will be at the heart of our service operations, ensuring that each vehicle is accurately diagnosed and repaired with the highest level of care and efficiency. You’ll work closely with our Service Writers and other team members to deliver top-notch service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet top quality standards.
- Review and complete work orders with attention to detail.
- Communicate repair needs clearly to the Service Writer.
- Perform test drives before and after repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct digital maintenance inspections and document all findings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in gas engine diagnostics and following diagnostic procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and use hands for extended periods.
