Duties:
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Inspect vehicles for any additional service needs and communicate findings to customers
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of services performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
