Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or services.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle health and performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle status updates.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or lube technician preferred.
- Proficiency in basic automotive maintenance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
