Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on GM vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs
- Conduct auto body repairs, including dent removal and painting
- Repair and maintain equipment used in the automotive shop
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Welding and fabrication as needed
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in automotive repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of GM vehicles and their specific repair requirements
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and address their needs
- Proficiency in auto body repair techniques, including dent removal and painting
- Ability to operate and maintain equipment used in the automotive shop
- Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Welding skills for fabrication and repair work
