Ernie Lee’s Service Center is a family owned and operated business located North of Raleigh on Mitchell Mill Road. We have recently celebrated our 50th year in business and we take pride in caring for our customers’ automobiles in our immediate and surrounding communities. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician (A Tech/B+ Tech) who prides themselves in quality work and understands the importance of a strong work ethic. Ernie Lee’s is a fast-paced, team environment, where we place high importance in developing the skill set of our employees by offering internal and group training.

We are hiring full time positions and work Monday thru Friday 7:45 AM-6:00 PM. Our Technicians are paid flat rate. (advanced skills/experience will influence the pay rate.)
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 5 (Five) years experience working in the role of Automotive Technician.
- Valid driver’s license;
- Ability to work within a diverse team;
- Ability to take instruction and learn quickly;
- Strong communication skills and computer proficiency towards working within our Shop Management System.
Technician Job duties include, though are not limited to:
- Diagnostics
- Cooling Systems
- HVAC
- Electrical Systems
- Starting and Charging Systems
- Drivetrain Systems
- Timing Belts
- Brakes
- Hybrid/Electric Vehicle experience is a plus, though not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
