Job Summary
Repair accident-related damage to vehicles, restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with the industry standards and factory specifications, in a timely manner, with customer satisfaction as the highest priority. We never compromise any aspect of the repair experience.
Responsibilities Essential Functions
· Examines damaged vehicles and plans repair process.
· Performs quality repairs in a timely fashion.
· Suggest repairs vs replacement decisions.
· Maintain a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications
· Auto Body Repair: 3 years (Required)
· Knowledge of manufacturer’s repair processes
· Understanding of I-CAR repair processes
· Demonstrated commitment to continued learning.
· Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination to operate equipment.
