Express Technician Description
The Express Technician role is the first critical activity in our Service Department, creating an impression of efficiency and credibility withour customers. The Express Technician performs maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, and recommends additional services based on vehicle condition, operation and mileage, all while achieving maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.
The ideal Express Technician is process oriented and possesses a willingness to learn new things and advance theirknowledge base.
They take instruction from the Management Team and participate in assisting the Service Technicians in an apprentice capacity to diagnose and repair more advanced automotive service issues.
They will be willing to train in the Manufacturer program as well company designed training processes.
