Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and a strong technical background in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
Job Description:
- Examines customer vehicles.
- Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Estimates cost of repairs.
- Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Documents services performed.
- Performs services efficiently and according to standard repair times.
- Order necessary parts.
- Effectively utilizes available technologies to diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
- Participates in required training.
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values.
- Complies with Company policies and procedures.
- Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Ability to clearly communicate written and verbally.
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software systems.
- Must provide own tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASE Certified preferred.
- Class B CDL with passenger endorsement preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Education:
- Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.
