Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service, with a focus on delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Execute auto body repair tasks as needed to restore vehicles to their original condition.
- Align wheels and ensure proper vehicle handling for optimal performance.
- Utilize welding techniques for repairs on various vehicle components.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of auto body repair processes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology are advantageous.

Pay: $27.51 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
