The ideal candidate will have excellent references, three+ years of experience, be dependable, and be able to close 125K + in sales monthly. A bilingual candidate is a plus. We pay among the top commission rates in Orange County. I-CAR and/or ASE accreditations are preferred since we are an I-CAR Gold shop. We pay for continued training. We contribute to Medical, Dental, plans. We also offer a competitive paid vacation/sick pay package.
