We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles while working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.
- Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition, repair needs, and service recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Ability to use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- A valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE) are preferred but not mandatory.
