Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with the ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot and maintain various automotive systems, ensuring high-quality service for our customers.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Work with schematics to understand vehicle systems and components.
- Conduct alignments and adjustments as needed to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively about vehicle issues and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and their components.
- Experience with auto estimating and the ability to provide accurate assessments of repair needs.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
