Family-owned and operated Harvey Auto Group is searching for a Technician/Mechanic with experience in the automotive industry at our Dublin Honda location. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles for mechanical problems
· Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services
· Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
· Work with Service Advisors to ensure customers’ concerns are met
· Stay current with brand product training
· Maintain high customer satisfaction
· Meet productivity and efficiency goals
· Maintain a clean work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
· Other projects and tasks as assigned by the service manager and shop foreman
QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior 2 years of dealership technician experience required
· Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
· Brand certifications preferred
· Valid CA driver’s license with a good driving record
· Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check

The Technician Pay Scale consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation is between $22.00 and $45.00 per hour. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance, and completion of ASE certifications.
