Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and professional Volvo Certified Technician to join the Bill Pearce Motors team in Reno, Nevada. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing cars and light trucks using their extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, flat-rate Technician position and the successful candidate will be compensated with $25 to $37 per hour flat rate based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on cars and light trucks
- Utilize alternative methods of handling repairs as required
- Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance and repairs as specified in manufacturer service schedules
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair work
- Perform all work within the scope of a Volvo Certified Technician
- Maintain adherence to safety procedures and standards set by governing bodies
Requirements:
- Must be an ASE or Volvo Certified Technician
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must possess a strong work ethic and a focus on detail
- Must have strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Must have a proven track record of completing service and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Must have basic knowledge of customer service
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
