Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive market, including new models and competitors.
- Utilize effective sales techniques, including cold calling and outbound sales strategies, to generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and market analysis.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in math for calculating payments, financing options, and discounts.
- A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
