DUTIES:
- Assess vehicle damages and prepare detailed estimated for repair costs, including labor and parts.
- Answer daily phone calls with customers, insurance companies and vendors.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle and informed during the claim process.
- Work directly with repair teams to ensure efficient progress of vehicle repairs.
- Maintain accurate record of customer information, vehicle details, and repair history.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a body shop estimator position.
- Knowledge in using estimating software: (CCC One.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, meeting daily and weekly deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
