Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in using both power and hand tools. This role involves performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on various equipment and vehicles. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and vehicles.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform mechanical tasks effectively.
- Diagnose issues using an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to identify problems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide support in the installation of new equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an Ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
