Looking for a enthusiastic friendly customer salesperson with automotive tire and service experience. We are the leaders in service sales and tire sales in Rialto and our looking to expand and add a team player to our team. (Bilingual is a big plus)
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet new/existing customers and provided them with exceptional customer service.
- Sell automotive repairs products in accordance with company requirements and by the standard of the law.
- Performed automotive preventive maintenance sales inspections .
- Deliver sales inspection to customers in coordination with company presentation and sales requirements.
- Provide customers information regarding our products lines .
- Keep sales floor, and point of sale materials , and tire walls maintain .
- Accept inbound calls from customers and fleet accounts.
- Process national account sales and phone orders, email, and online orders.
- Make outbound calls regarding order updates or changes, followed ups with customers and vendors .
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines; inform manager of all unresolved issues.
- Meet and exceed store goals in tire sales and service sales.
- Meet personal sale goals and maintain gross profit goals .
We offer base on position offerd a fixed weekly salary and or hourly base pay, plus a customer service award(Spiffs program) and manager bonus prorgams.
Paid Vacations/Holiday pay
5 day work weeks - Off Sundays
