At INTEGRITY AUTOMOTIVE we are looking for an energetic, serviceable, friendly and responsible individual to help us better our relationship with our new and existing customers. Automotive Experience is preferred, but not required. Ideally our new Service Advisor shares our vision and will want to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer issues and concerns including warranty-related issues
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate with technicians on the field to ensure proper and accurate communication with customers to make sure the correct information is shared and relayed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated excellence in working as a customer service agent and providing customer support
- Past experience in sales
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of work
- Positive can-do attitude
- A team player and understands that there is no room for ego

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
