W&B Service Company has an excellent opportunity for a Paint and Body Technician. We are the largest transport refrigeration dealer of Carrier Transicold, a world leader in Truck, Trailer and rail refrigeration systems. We are also the nation’s largest full service Hyundai Translead trailer dealer. We have 20 facilities throughout the Southwest, including Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Duties will include learning and helping technicians with the below:

Assist with preparing damage reports
Replace damaged body parts, including bumpers, fenders, hoods and trim
Metal repair on Steel and Aluminum
Fiberglass repair
Realign and repair structural damage
Pound out or patch dents and other minor body damage
Fit, attach and weld replacement parts into place
May also prep and paint vehicle surfaces
Follow safety regulations

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Semi truck experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb, and / or sit frequently throughout the duration of the day
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail is key for this position
