Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective negotiation and product knowledge. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
Utilize dealership software to manage customer information, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate the sales process.
Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close deals effectively.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all vehicles are presented in excellent condition for customer viewing.
Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, dealership promotions, and inventory changes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using dealership software or similar CRM systems is a plus.
Excellent math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Pay: $72,066.00 - $82,961.00 per year

Weekends as needed
