Tyler Run Auto Sales is looking for an experienced Auto Mechanic/technician to maintain and repair vehicles at our service center. Our technicians are responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. We are a small shop with a friendly, collaborative team.

Pay will be based on experience and ability.

No evenings or weekends required!

Qualifications:

Prior experience as auto mechanic (minimum of 3 years)
Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc
High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is preferred
Inspection and Emissions license required.
Valid certification (e.g ASE) is a definite plus
