Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Toyota vehicles in line with Toyota’s guidelines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with specialized diagnostic tools.
Engage with customers and service advisors to understand repair needs and provide estimates.
Complete service orders efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Keep current with Toyota’s models, new features, and repair techniques.
Work collaboratively to achieve high customer satisfaction and uphold dealership standards.
Follow all safety protocols and industry standards.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Completion of an automotive technician program or 2-3 years of dealership experience.
Certifications: ASE or Toyota certification is required.
Licensing: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, basic computer proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Toyota-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with TAS cases and use of SPIN number.
