Service Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Royce Industries L.C. is looking for a an experienced technician to join our team.

Job Duties :

Performs troubleshooting and repair of pressure washers, parts washers, small engines, high pressure pumps, and water heating systems in a shop and on service calls.
Prepares estimates on service repairs and gets customers approvals for repairs.
Completes description of work performed on each service ticket.
Clean shop areas.
Make Deliveries and Pickups
All other jobs and duties as requested by management or their representative.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED
At least two year's related experience in a service shop
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Current driver's license, good driving record, and insurable.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position.
Must be available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Physical Requirements :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, and hear.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
